On November 14th 2015, Rachel’s & Michael’s Antiques opened at 30 Princess Victoria Street, combining the two former businesses “Rachel’s” and “Michael’s Antiques” together as one. Using colours from both former brand names, the bright white exterior with emerald green lettering on our shop front serves as a symbol, representing the commitment and dedication we have to our long-term partnership.
“Rachel’s” of North Street, Bedminster was established in 2000 and her father, Michael, of “Michael’s Antiques” has had various shops in Bristol where he has traded for 50+ years.
Now, with over 80 years of combined industry experience, we have the knowledge to truly understand the history behind the quality goods we sell.
Rachel and Michael have also appeared on various Antiques Road Trip episodes, including celebrity specials starring Myleene Klass, Michaela Strachan and Martin Offiah. They have sold to experts such as Mark Stacey, David Barby, Anita Manning and Christina Trevanion, who went on to have much success at auction with their pieces.
